These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for using our services.
By booking an appointment with Mani-CuRed by Lisa , you accept these terms in full. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and obligations.
1. Booking Policy
Online Booking: All appointments must be booked through my booking system. Once a booking is made, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment and also location of the home salon. If your a first time new client you will be required to complete a client consultation form to complete before the appointment, if you require a hard copy sent to you please contact Lisa.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to book an appointment. According to the National Occupational Standards, individuals under 16 require written consent signed consultation form from a parent or guardian and must be accompanied by an adult for their nail appointment.
Booking Deposit: A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking. This deposit will be deducted from your final payment at the end of your appointment.
2. Appointment Changes & Cancellations
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours before the scheduled time, subject to availability. Rescheduling less than 48 hours in advance may incur a fee or affect future bookings.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify Lisa at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits are non-refundable.
Late Arrivals: If you are more than 15 minutes late, Lisa may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Late arrivals may also reduce your service time without a reduction in price.
3. Health and Safety
Client Health: If you have any health concerns, skin allergies, infections, or conditions affecting your nails or hands, please inform Lisa before booking. On using the booking system in place, you will recieve a email to complete a client consultation form and sign. Please answer as much as possible as this is very helpful.
We reserve the right to refuse service if it is deemed unsafe for you or Lisa or if the client has not successfully completed the form prior to the appointment.
It is is up to the client to inform Lisa of any changes to nail health before the appointment.
Lisa will NOT remove/soak off any work completed by previous nail technicians, if it is a clients first appointment with Lisa the client must attend with BARE nails in order for treatment to be carried out. If you do have previous enhancements on these need to be removed before services can be completed at Mani-CuRed.
Builder gel infill service will be carried out 3 times only before Lisa MAY recommend a full soak off of product and a new set applied so that nail health can always be assessed.
it is recommended that clients do NOT go longer than 3-4 weeks between appointments as any longer may result in the client to have a full soak off of product and a new set applied which will incur futher costing.
Sanitization: Mani-CuRed follow strict hygiene and sanitization practices to ensure a safe and clean environment for every client.
During your appointment the nail technician will always wear clean gloves for all services and clients, fresh tools and files are used for every person.
4. Refund and Service Guarantee
Service Satisfaction: Lisa strive's to provide high-quality services. If you are not satisfied, please let Lisa know before leaving so we can address your concerns.
Refunds: Refunds are not generally offered on services rendered. However, please contact Lisa by whatsapp or email and she can address and discuss any concerns.
5. Payment Policy
Payment Methods: Mani-CuRed accepts cash,credit/debit cards,All payments are due at the end of the service.
Pricing: Prices are listed on our booking website and are subject to change. You will be notified of any changes at the time of booking. Also see the booking policy for information on price increases.
6. Gift Vouchers and Promotions
Vouchers: Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They must be used within their expiration date of 6 months. Gift vouchers are avaliable in person at the salon.
Promotions: Promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts. Each promotion will have its own terms and conditions.
7. Liability
Limitation of Liability: Mani- CuRed will not be held liable for any damages, injuries, or allergic reactions that may result from services or products used during your appointment.
Personal Belongings: Mani-CuRed will not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings brought to the appointment.
8. Privacy Policy
Data Collection: We respect your privacy. Any personal information provided during the booking process is kept confidential and is only used to manage your appointment and improve our services. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.
Booking Communication: By booking an appointment, you agree to receive communications related to your appointment (e.g., confirmations, reminders & cancellations)
9. Right to Refuse Service
Behavioral Standards: We reserve the right to refuse service to any client who exhibits inappropriate or disrespectful behavior or fails to follow the terms outlined here.
10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Updates: Mani-CuRed may modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be updated on our booking website, and it is your responsibility to review them prior to booking. If you require any updated copies or wish to discuss theres please speak to Lisa.
